What’s popular amongst technology firms is to look outside the country for talent. Technology firms do this for a number of reasons. One of the reasons is, leaders there argue, that there just isn’t the talent, locally, to attract. The idea being pushed by industry is that if there was talent on the homeland, they’d most definitely secure and procure that talent first, because, they continue to claim, doing so would save them money and time.
