J1 Students And Foreign Talent

What’s popular amongst technology firms is to look outside the country for talent. Technology firms do this for a number of reasons. One of the reasons is, leaders there argue, that there just isn’t the talent, locally, to attract. The idea being pushed by industry is that if there was talent on the homeland, they’d most definitely secure and procure that talent first, because, they continue to claim, doing so would save them money and time. And so companies, specifically biotech and info-tech companies have had these extraordinary lengthy HR campaigns to recruit and procure talent from all over the world. Some of these come in the form of internships offered to J1 Students. These opportunities are mutually beneficial, with the student and the company benefiting to an equal extent. Students are able to garner the top notch experience that they require for establishing a good footing in the industry, and the company gets to use their talents.
