Why value what other people say?
Whenever I visit the internet and try to buy any accessories, say a rolling tool bag, I always see to it what previous buyers/customers have to say. This section at online shopping sites are what you call customer feedbacks. This is where they put their reactions, reviews and anything they want to say about the product. Sometimes most people only say negative or bad comments about the product and some outside users believe or agree on them these outsiders will have the chance to vote on each comments thereby increasing its validity. This is helpful for us since we can determine if what this customer is saying is right or wrong. Getting a good customer feedback is crucial especially if you’re not familiar with the product you are buying. People can mess up with the product so as to lower its rating. But of course it depends on the buyer to sort them out and eliminate the bad comments from the good ones.
